Where It Really Started

But my journey into herbalism became real for me in a moment I’ll never forget.

I was in my uncle’s apartment after he made his transition, helping clean and go through his belongings. That’s when I came across jars of herbs I had never seen before—Ashwagandha, Astragalus… names that stopped me in my tracks.

I took them home and began studying them. But more importantly—I experienced them.

After taking Ashwagandha for just three days, I felt like a different person.
Calmer. Clearer. More grounded.

At the time, I didn’t even realize I was dealing with anxiety. I just knew I was always nervous, overthinking, biting my nails.

And suddenly… I wasn’t.

That moment opened the door.
